LawnTrout was an idea that came out of a frustration that practicing casting was not much fun. I was also asked to create a game for our local TU chapter. After a lot of trial and error, I found the right mix of fish weight and fly weight to get a close to real experience. Over the years we have modified LawnTrout, but still kept the fun.
